Sports HLS Proxy Server API

Available Routes:

1. GET /schedule
   Description: Fetches the live sports schedule from embedhd and returns the event list in JSON format,
                enriching each stream with local proxy HLS URLs.
   Example: http://localhost:<port>/schedule

2. GET /<stream_id>/index.m3u8
   Description: Resolves and proxies the HLS (.m3u8) playlist for the specified stream ID.
                Uses request coalescing, caching, dynamic domain headers, and auto-retry recovery on cached link failure.
                Relative video segments are rewritten to absolute URLs to stream directly from CDN.
   Example: http://localhost:<port>/106/index.m3u8
